OyeOye (the “App” or “Platform”) is owned and operated by Digiwebxperts (“Digiwebxperts,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its principal office at:

References to “you” or “your” mean any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Policy, and Community Guidelines (collectively, the “Platform Policies”), form a binding agreement between you and the Company. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the Platform Policies. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
We may update the Platform Policies periodically. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated documents. Where the law requires, we will provide notice of material changes (including in-app notices, emails, or acknowledgements).
Our Platform is dynamic and may evolve quickly. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Services (in whole or in part), temporarily or permanently, at our discretion. If a change requires consent, we will request it. Please review this page regularly for the latest updates.
The Platform enables you to connect with others and share content (including images, audio, and video) in your preferred regional language (the “Services”).
Minimum Age / Capacity. You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law.
Registration. Access requires a valid mobile number and OTP verification. You must provide accurate information (including correct age and gender).
Acting for an Entity. If you accept on behalf of a company or other legal person, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity; in that case, “you” refers to the entity.
We may collect the following categories of information when you use the Platform:
Account & Profile Data: mobile number, OTP, username, gender, birth year, profile image.
Content Data: photos, text, audio/video (including voice notes, broadcasts, live streams) you upload or share.
Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, app version, crash logs, timestamps, interaction metadata, language, approximate location (via IP/GPS if enabled).
Verification & Contacts: mobile number for OTP; optionally, your contacts if you grant permission for “invite friends.”
Payments: transaction metadata processed through Razorpay (we do not store full payment instrument details).
Analytics & Ads: cookies, device IDs, and engagement data via Firebase Analytics and Google Ads.
Real-Time Communications: session and transport data processed by Agora.io to enable voice/video.
Hosting: Data is stored on DigitalOcean Cloud with industry standard security.
Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
Access Controls: Access is restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality and need-to-know principles, with logging and review.
We use data to:
create and manage accounts; authenticate users; provide core features (chat, rooms, broadcasts, games, coins, gifts);
maintain safety, detect/prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce Platform Policies;
personalize content and recommendations; measure and improve performance and features;
provide notifications and service communications;
process payments and in-app purchases via Razorpay;
conduct analytics via Firebase; measure and operate ad campaigns via Google Ads;
operate live audio/video via Agora.io.
We share data only as needed to operate the Platform, comply with law, or with your consent:
Service Providers: DigitalOcean, Firebase, Agora.io, Razorpay, Google Ads (hosting, analytics, communications, payments, advertising).
Affiliates / Business Partners: for operations, security, audits, and lawful business interests.
Authorities / Legal Requests: where required to comply with applicable law or to protect users, our rights, or the Platform.
We do not sell your personal data.
Consent: By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing described here.
Access/Correction: You may request access or corrections to your data.
Deletion: You may delete your account in-app or by emailing support@oyeoye.co. We will delete personal data unless retention is required by law (e.g., fraud logs, legal holds).
Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent by deleting your account or contacting us; doing so may limit functionality.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide Services or comply with legal obligations. Sensitive credentials are never retained beyond operational needs.
We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to:
enable secure login and maintain sessions;
remember settings and language;
monitor performance and resolve errors;
deliver and measure advertising (via Google Ads).
Types of cookies: Necessary, Performance, Functionality, and Advertising. You can control cookies via browser or device settings; disabling may impact features.
Advertising & Personalization: Google Ads may use device identifiers, cookies, and engagement signals to deliver relevant ads and measure campaigns.

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (manage app tracking)
Coins are virtual credits; Gifts are licensed digital items (e.g., stickers, banners).
Coins/Gifts are licenses only, not property, and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender and may not be sold, assigned, bartered, or transferred (except by us).
Prices (inclusive of applicable taxes) are shown at checkout.
On successful payment, Coins are credited to your account.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Coins may be used only within OyeOye for eligible features and promotions we designate.
Coins cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Violation of law or these Terms (including fraud) may result in account termination and forfeiture of Coins.
Coins do not survive account deletion.
Expiry: Coins expire and are automatically forfeited if unused for six (6) months (182 days) from purchase. No refunds or compensation for expired/forfeited Coins.
Gifts are revocable, limited licenses to digital items/services.
Gift prices (in Coins) may change at our discretion.
Gifts cannot be converted to Coins or cash and are non-refundable.
Gifts are not transferable (including on death or by operation of law).
We may reissue corrupted/damaged Gifts at our discretion without additional fees.
Gifts/Coins may not be used as consideration for real-world goods/services.
Games and rewards are promotional and provided “as is”, without guarantees of continuous availability or error-free operation. No real-money gameplay. Rewards are free and not redeemable for cash or currency.
Ensure local law permits participation from your location; we may cancel, suspend, or void rewards for prohibited geographies.
Cheating, fraud, collusion, or unfair play is prohibited and may result in revocation of rewards and account suspension/termination.
Wallet balances accumulated from activities expire and are forfeited after six (6) months (180 days) of inactivity. No refunds/compensation for expired balances.
You must register with a valid mobile number and provide correct gender and age. Do not impersonate anyone, misstate your identity/age, or mislead others.
While we employ security measures, no system is immune to attacks. Do not use bots/automated means to access the Platform or harvest data. Do not link multiple accounts to your profile through fraudulent means (e.g., via shared numbers, PAN, IP, UPI, bank details). You are responsible for content/actions from accounts linked to you.
We may remove content that violates law or Platform Policies and may suspend/terminate accounts (including blocking re-registration).
Illustrative permanent-ban triggers: abusive usernames; re-signup from blocked device/number; soliciting sexual services.
Illustrative temporary actions: lesser policy violations; obscene verbal/text exchanges.
Typical flow (subject to severity): warning/education → 24-hour block → 48-hour block → permanent ban for persistent or severe conduct.
Do not post content belonging to others without permission. Do not infringe IP rights (patent, trademark, copyright), privacy, or publicity rights. Do not harass or target users based on gender, race, religion, caste, ethnicity, or create content that promotes hatred or violence.
All rights in the Platform (brands, UI, software, features, technology) are owned by Digiwebxperts. You may not use our marks or materials except as expressly permitted. You must not copy, distribute, sell, display, create derivatives, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code. Unauthorized tools/bots/scrapers/crawlers/plugins interacting with the Platform are prohibited.
You may not post, upload, or promote content that is:
obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, or paedophilic;
discriminatory, hate speech, or inciting violence/hatred;
threatening national security, unity, integrity, defence, sovereignty, international relations, or public order;
facilitating gambling, money laundering, or other unlawful activities;
defamatory, invasive of bodily privacy, harassing, libellous, racially/ethnically objectionable;
misleading or patently false presented as fact; impersonation;
interfering with law-enforcement investigations;
spam/junk or unauthorized commercial solicitations;
containing viruses/malware or code intended to disrupt systems; or otherwise unlawful.
You own your content. We do not claim ownership.
You are solely responsible for content you post; we do not endorse user content. Appearance of our logo/mark on a post does not imply endorsement.
We are not responsible for outcomes of transactions you enter into with other users or advertisers.
We may access, review, and remove content to improve Services or where we believe a violation exists.
You may delete content or your account at any time; however, content already shared may remain visible if others have re-shared it (subject to caching, backups, and legal holds).
The Platform may display third-party content or link to third-party services. Your use of such materials/services is governed by those third parties’ terms. We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for their content, accuracy, quality, availability, or practices.
We act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. These Terms are published in accordance with Rule 3(1)(a). Content is primarily user-generated. While we may act on reports and remove content, we do not review all content. Each user is responsible for what they submit (publicly or privately). Users can report violations using in-app tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user conduct (online or offline) or for services and features offered by others, even where accessed through the Platform.
Do not access non-public areas, defeat security/authentication, probe or scan systems, introduce malware, scrape data, or create accounts after we disable yours. Do not use unauthorized apps to access the Platform, request others’ login details, or trade access. We may terminate accounts and report unlawful activity to authorities.
The Broadcast feature enables real-time audio/video.
Broadcast content must comply with these Terms, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.
We may remove violating content immediately.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Broadcast at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of user content.
License to Content. By posting or uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform/display, translate, and create derivative works of that content, solely to operate, provide, promote, and improve the Services, consistent with your settings.
Automatic Downloads & Updates. You may need to install updates to continue using the App. You consent to receiving and installing updates.
Payments for Coins/Gifts are processed via Razorpay. Prices, taxes, and availability may change. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges. See Section 18 (Razorpay Policies).
The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free Services, compatibility with every device, or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, successors, assigns, investors, directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, and suppliers) shall not be liable for special, incidental, punitive, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, another user’s breach, or reliance on the Services, even if foreseeable.
If any exclusion is held invalid and liability attaches, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Services in the month immediately preceding the date of the claim.
Your rights under these Terms are personal and may not be assigned without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights/obligations (e.g., merger, acquisition, sale of assets). If a different privacy policy becomes applicable due to such transfer, we will provide advance notice.
You may terminate these Terms by deleting your account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; impose usage limits; or reclaim usernames for violations of law or the Platform Policies, for inactivity, or for operational/security reasons. Where feasible, we will notify you and offer an opportunity to appeal. A typical notice may include: (i) link/description of content; (ii) grounds for violation.
Provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digiwebxperts, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, successors, and assigns from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
(i) your access to or use of the Platform/Services;
(ii) your breach of these Terms;
(iii) your violation of third-party rights (including IP, privacy, consumer protection);
(iv) your violations of law or contracts; or
(v) your negligence or willful misconduct.
This obligation survives termination.
We appreciate feedback and suggestions. By submitting any ideas or materials, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation and are not required to keep them confidential.
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE and CSAM.
Any CSAE content is removed within 24 hours of report and preserved for legal authorities as required by law.
Offenders face immediate suspension/permanent ban and legal action under applicable Indian laws (including the POCSO Act, 2012 and IT Act, 2000).
We cooperate with Indian law-enforcement (including NCRB) and international bodies (including Interpol), and may report via www.cybercrime.gov.in.
We use AI-based detection and human moderation; age-related safeguards and parental controls help protect minors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform Policies.

OyeOye Policy on Digital Goods: Coins/Gifts are delivered to your in-app account immediately after successful payment. No refunds after purchase except where mandated by law.
We use Google Ads to promote the App. Google may collect device identifiers, cookies, and engagement signals to serve and measure ads. We do not share personally identifiable data with ad partners without your consent or a legal mandate. You can opt-out of personalized ads via your device settings (see Section 5).
We may amend this unified page to reflect changes in law, our Services, or operations. Material changes will be communicated where required. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the latest revision.
